4. epaymentcentral will collect from the Merchant a one-time joining fee of P1500.00 and an annual fee of P1500.00 waived for first year.

5. The enrolled Merchant must have paid the joining fee in full to process enrollment.

6. The Enrollment of Merchant will be processed in3 to 5 working days. Merchant should pass through verification, encoding, programming and approval. As soon as merchant's business name is enrolled to epaymentcentral.com, support central will email merchant to inform the latter that the system is now ready to facilitate payment via credit card. Epaymentcetral.com head office will give Merchant a sticker to post on the merchant’s establishment and a set of flyers if merchant would like to refer other merchants and other related ads.

7. epaymentcentral.com will charge 4.5% in every transaction made to cover credit card fees and taxes. An additional P120.00 processing fee will be added on top of the credit card fees.

8. Cut-off time of weekly transactions is at 12:00 midnight on every Tuesday of the week. If in case, it falls on a holiday or non-working day, cut-off time will be on the next business day. All processing days for remittance will be adjusted accordingly.

9. All payment transactions will be reviewed, verified and approved for payment process. Merchant’s weekly collection shall be remitted to its assigned bank every Friday within banking hours. Amount to remit is net of 4.5% credit card fees and taxes plus P120 processing fee.

10. epaymentcentral will email a solftcopy of the deposit slip to merchant as proof of remittance every Monday of the following week.

11. Merchant earns 100 reward points equivalent to P100 as soon as merchant reaches 15 transactions in a month. Accumulated points will be used to pay annual fees.

12. An enrolled merchant automatically becomes an official agent of epaymentcentral. Thus, merchant has to fill-up and submit Agent's enrollment form, but joining fee for agent is waived.

Confidentiality
All information provided now and in the future by both parties under this Agreement shall be kept confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party for any reason whatsoever. Violation of this Rule shall be enough ground to termination without prejudice to other actions that either party can take as a remedy for damages caused by such disclosure. Information covered by this confidentiality clause includes, but is not limited to, software, technical processes and formulas, source codes, sales, cost and other unpublished financial information, product and business plans, advertising, revenues, usage rates, advertising relationships, projections and marketing data.
