How can I search for the merchant that I desire?You can search for the merchant you need to pay in two ways. You can either use the (1) Find Tool , or you can also use (2) the Merchant List found at the left side of the epaymentcentral.com Home Page ( www.epaymentcentral.com ).
To use the Find Tool, you may type in the full merchant name or you may click the drop down button at the white box provided at the upper right side of epaymentcentral homepag, then click on the ' Find ' button. It will then show you results of your search and you can start paying online.
To use the Merchant List , position your cursor at the first alphabet of the merchant name. This will allow you to view all the list of Merchant alphabetically, and if you click on the Merchant of your choice, this will then show you the Merchant's payment page.
How do I pay? What currency?You may pay for purchased items using your Credit/Debit Card. epaymentcentral accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express . Payments for purchased items are in Philippine Peso (PhP) . International transactions, which get charged in US Dollars or other foreign currencies, vary in currency conversion rates that depend on the Issuing Bank or Credit Card Company at the time of settlement. Actual conversion is done by the Issuing Bank upon settlement and NOT by epaymentcentral.com.
How do I track my orders?Epaymentcentral.com is a third party payment gateway only. Therefore we do not monitor fulfillment of the delivery of the merchant. The merchant ships the product you purchased. To track the status of your purchase, you may contact the merchant or the website/social media page wherein you purchase the goods and services.
